The client is responsible for providing a suitable testing environment if the site is hosted on non-Kylin servers. It is the client’s responsibility to test all applications thoroughly before they go live.
All copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the website and its content (design, text, graphics, and source codes) are owned by or licensed to Kylin Infotech. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
A 50% deposit may be required for new clients. All hosting fees and third-party costs are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Accounts not settled within 30 days of the invoice date may be suspended.
Services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Any site consuming 5% or more of system resources or exceeding 5GB bandwidth traffic may be terminated without notice.
Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding the integrity of these backups. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own local copies of web content.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
